Scope

This Privacy Policy describes information practices for hollyxmas.com. HollyXmas is the public operating name of this independent editorial website and is not presented as an incorporated company. The site may be accessed internationally, and rights or obligations may vary according to applicable law.

Information processed automatically

When you request a page or download, hosting, delivery, security, analytics, consent, and advertising systems may process technical information. Depending on the provider and your choices, this may include IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, requested page, referring page, timestamps, security signals, advertising interactions, consent signals, and error or performance data.

HollyXmas does not currently provide reader accounts, comments, user profiles, payments, a website contact form, or a newsletter signup service.

Information you provide

If you email Contact@hollyxmas.com, HollyXmas receives your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive information. Messages may be used to answer a request, correct content, address accessibility or download issues, document permissions, prevent abuse, or satisfy applicable obligations.

Hosting and security

HollyXmas plans to use Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, performance, and security. Cloudflare may process request and network information needed to deliver and protect the site according to its own terms and privacy documentation.

Google Analytics 4

HollyXmas plans to use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, page use, approximate geography, devices, and site performance. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>, depending on configuration and consent. HollyXmas must not intentionally send directly identifying information to Google Analytics.

Analytics information may be used to improve content, navigation, accessibility, reliability, and performance. Analytics storage should follow the consent choices presented where consent is required.

Google AdSense

HollyXmas plans to display advertising through Google AdSense. Google and participating advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, and activity information to deliver, limit, personalize, measure, or report advertising, depending on settings, consent, location, and applicable rules. Advertising cookies may be associated with Google domains, including doubleclick.net or country-specific Google domains.

HollyXmas does not currently use affiliate links. Clicking an external advertisement or link may take you to a third-party site governed by its own policies.

Consent and cookie choices

HollyXmas provides site-level choices for Analytics and advertising storage. Google Consent Mode defaults Analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization to denied before the Analytics loader runs. Visitors may accept all, reject non-essential storage, manage Analytics and advertising separately, or reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer to change or withdraw a choice. The preference is stored in the browser under hollyxmas-consent-v1.

HollyXmas plans to configure Google AdSense Privacy & Messaging as its certified consent management platform for applicable advertising regions. This site-level interface does not claim to replace that account-side requirement, and the account-side message is not described as active without authoritative evidence. Visitors may also use browser controls to block or delete cookies, although doing so can change analytics, advertising, or preference behavior.

Consent choices do not prevent processing that is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, network delivery, or other essential site operation. The available controls may differ by location and provider configuration.

How information is used

Information may be used to deliver pages and downloads, secure and maintain the site, diagnose errors, understand readership, improve content and performance, measure or serve advertising, record consent choices, respond to email, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

How information may be shared

Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, delivery, security, analytics, consent management, and advertising, including Cloudflare and Google. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or transfer site operation. HollyXmas does not sell personal information for direct monetary payment. Advertising data practices may nevertheless have legal classifications that vary by jurisdiction.

Retention

Retention depends on the type of information, provider settings, security needs, and applicable requirements. HollyXmas seeks to retain direct email correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, recordkeeping, abuse prevention, or legal obligations. Cloudflare and Google apply their own retention settings and policies to information they process.

Your choices and possible rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, consent withdrawal, or certain advertising uses. These rights are not identical everywhere and may be subject to exceptions. You may use available Google consent controls, browser settings, Google advertising controls, or email Contact@hollyxmas.com with a clear request. HollyXmas may need reasonable information to understand or verify a request and will not request more information than reasonably necessary.

Children

HollyXmas publishes projects that adults may use with families or classrooms, but the site is directed to adults and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Children should use the site with appropriate adult supervision and should not email identifying information.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures may reduce risk, but no website, email system, or provider can guarantee absolute security. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the public email address.

International processing

Visitors may access HollyXmas from different countries. Information may be processed where HollyXmas’s service providers operate. This policy does not claim comprehensive compliance with every national, state, provincial, or regional privacy law.

Changes and contact
