By accessing hollyxmas.com or using its downloads, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or download its resources. “HollyXmas” is the public operating name of this independent editorial website and is not represented as an incorporated company.

What the site provides

HollyXmas provides general craft tutorials, decorating ideas, seasonal inspiration, tradition features, material guidance, and downloadable templates. The site does not currently provide accounts, comments, paid memberships, payments, user submissions, a contact form, or a newsletter.

Informational content and safety

Content is provided for general editorial and educational purposes. It is not engineering, electrical, fire-safety, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Materials, tools, buildings, classrooms, allergies, local rules, and individual abilities differ. Readers are responsible for deciding whether a project is suitable, following manufacturer instructions, supervising children, and obtaining qualified help when appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, overload the site with automated requests, evade technical controls, misrepresent HollyXmas content, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity. Unless otherwise stated, HollyXmas branding, original text, page organization, graphics, editorial images, and downloadable files may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other rights. You may read the site, save reasonable personal-use copies, and share ordinary links. Do not republish articles or images as your own. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Downloadable-template license

The current HollyXmas template packs are free for personal and single-classroom use. Small-batch sales of finished handmade items are allowed unless a file states otherwise. Do not sell, upload, redistribute, sublicense, or include the template files themselves in another product. A file-specific license controls if it differs from this summary.

Advertising and commercial relationships

HollyXmas may display advertising through Google AdSense. Advertising may be selected or measured using cookies or similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy. An advertisement is not a HollyXmas endorsement. HollyXmas does not currently use affiliate links or sponsored product reviews. Material commercial relationships will be disclosed if introduced.

External links and advertisements are provided for context, attribution, convenience, or monetization. HollyXmas is not responsible for third-party content, products, prices, availability, claims, security, accessibility, contracts, or privacy practices. Verify important information on the provider’s official site.

Availability and no guarantees

The site and downloads are provided on an “as available” basis. Content may contain errors, become outdated, or produce different results with different materials and conditions. HollyXmas does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular result, compatibility with every device, or suitability for every reader or location.
